At Polina's Cleaning LLC, we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with our services. Please review our refund and dispute policy below:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning services, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, including offering a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If, after the re-clean, you are still not satisfied, you may request a full refund. Full refunds will only be issued if we are notified within 24 hours of the initial service.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
  • No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued if we are not notified within 24 hours of the service or if the cleaning was not performed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., lack of access to the property, unsafe conditions).

3. Dispute Resolution

  • Contact Us: If you have a dispute regarding our services or charges, please contact us directly within 7 days of the service. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and in a timely manner.
  • Third-Party Mediation: If a resolution cannot be reached directly, we may agree to mediation through a neutral third party to settle the dispute.

4. Exclusions

  • Refunds and re-cleans are not applicable for specialty services (e.g., carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning) unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
  • Refunds are not available for services provided as part of a discounted package or promotional offer.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and will apply to future services.
