Cancellation Policy
At Polina's Cleaning LLC, we understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team. Please review the following guidelines:
1. General Cancellation Policy
- Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any cleaning service.
- No Penalty: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will incur no penalty.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of $50.
2. Same-Day Cancellations
- Same-Day Cancellations: If a service is canceled on the same day as the scheduled appointment, a fee of $100 will be charged. This fee is necessary to compensate our team for the time and travel reserved for your service.
3. No-Show Policy
- No-Show: If our cleaning team arrives at your property and is unable to gain access or the service is canceled upon arrival, this will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the full cost of the service will be charged.
4. Recurring Service Cancellations
- Recurring Services: If you need to cancel a recurring service, we require at least 5 days notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one service.
5. Emergency Cancellations
- Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion in the event of a genuine emergency.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and will apply to future services.
